Rotosis provides maintenance, fault analysis and service support for ABB and KUKA industrial robots. Our goal is to prevent unplanned stops in your production system and, when one happens, to get it running again quickly.

What services do we provide?

Why does maintenance matter?

A robot's mechanics, cables and controller wear over time. Regular inspection prevents a small problem from turning into a fault that stops production. Because an unplanned stop affects the whole line, maintenance is often cheaper than repair after a failure.

What do we check during maintenance?

• Mechanical condition and running noise of the axes
• Robot and gripper cable harnesses
• Controller and its connections
• Safety equipment: fencing, light curtain or area scanner
• Backup of robot programs and settings

How we work

• Report: you send us the fault symptom and the robot brand and model.
• Analysis: we review the error codes and the robot's condition.
• Action: we fix the fault or perform the required maintenance.
• Reporting: we share what was done and our recommendations for next maintenance.

• Robot brand, model and serial number
• Controller type (e.g. KRC2 ED05, KRC4, KRC5 or IRC5, OmniCore)
• Error code or message on screen
• When and during which operation the fault occurred

Do you inspect used robots before purchase?

Yes. We check the mechanics, controller, cables and axis condition before purchase.

Can you bring an old robot back into use through maintenance and refurbishment?

We offer maintenance and refurbishment. The scope depends on the robot's condition and it is inspected first.
