Frequently asked questions
What products suit robotic palletizing?
Bags, cartons, crates, drums and similar packaged goods, as well as metal products such as aluminium ingots. Size, weight and packaging type determine the gripper choice.
What determines capacity?
Product weight, pallet pattern, robot reach and line speed. Tell us your required hourly capacity and we will propose the number of robots and the layout.
Can several product types be palletized in one system?
Yes. Separate pallet patterns (recipes) are defined for each product and selected easily at changeover.
Can you integrate it into my existing line?
Yes. We plan conveyor, labeling, stretch wrapping and PLC integration around your existing line.
