At Rotosis Robotlu Otomasyon Sistemleri ve Yazılım Hizmetleri Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Rotosis”) we take the security of your personal data seriously. In line with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), this notice explains how your personal data is processed when you use www.rotosis.com.

2. Personal data we process
- Information you send through the quote form: full name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), the topic you are interested in and the content of your message.
- Information recorded by our system when you submit the form: your IP address and the date and time of submission.
- Technical information generated automatically in server logs when you visit the site: IP address, date and time, browser and device type, and the page viewed.
- Information you send us directly by email or phone.
Your data is collected through automated means such as the website form and server logs, and when you contact us directly.
3. Purposes of processing
- Receiving, evaluating and answering your quote, catalog and information requests,
- Contacting you about your request and managing the business relationship,
- Keeping the website secure and preventing abuse and automated spam submissions,
- Meeting our legal obligations and protecting our rights and interests in case of a dispute.
4. Legal grounds
Under Article 5/2 of the KVKK, your data is processed because it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (c), because it is necessary for us to comply with a legal obligation (ç), and because it is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (f).
5. Transfers of personal data
Information you send through the form is not passed to a third-party form service; it is delivered directly to our company email system. Within the purposes above and in line with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your data may be shared with providers of hosting, email and IT infrastructure services, with advisers such as legal and financial consultants, and with public authorities that are legally entitled to request it.
Because the page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, your IP address and browser information are sent to Google when you view the page. See our Cookie Policy for details.
6. Retention period
We keep your data for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the retention and limitation periods set by applicable law. After that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unlawful access, loss and disclosure. The quote form uses bot protection and a submission limit to block automated submissions.
8. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
As a data subject you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
- Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad,
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions set by the KVKK, and ask that these actions be notified to the third parties your data was transferred to,
- Object to a result against you that arises from analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems,
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.
You can send your request in writing to info@rotosis.com or to the postal address above. Depending on its nature, your request is concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest; if the process requires an additional cost, a fee based on the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.
