Gizlilik Politikası ve KVKK Aydınlatma Metni

Rotosis Robotlu Otomasyon Sistemleri ve Yazılım Hizmetleri Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Rotosis”) olarak kişisel verilerinizin güvenliğine önem veriyoruz. Bu metin, 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu’nun (“KVKK”) 10. maddesi uyarınca, www.rotosis.com internet sitesini kullanırken kişisel verilerinizin nasıl işlendiğini açıklar.

2. İşlenen kişisel veriler

Teklif formu aracılığıyla ilettiğiniz bilgiler: ad soyad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası (isteğe bağlı), şirket adı (isteğe bağlı), ilgilendiğiniz konu ve mesajınızın içeriği.
Formu gönderdiğinizde sistem tarafından kaydedilen bilgiler: IP adresi ile gönderim tarihi ve saati.
Sitemizi ziyaret ettiğinizde sunucu kayıtlarında otomatik olarak oluşan teknik bilgiler: IP adresi, tarih ve saat, tarayıcı ve cihaz türü, görüntülenen sayfa.
Bize e-posta veya telefonla doğrudan ilettiğiniz bilgiler.

Verileriniz internet sitesindeki form ve sunucu kayıtları gibi otomatik yöntemlerle, ayrıca sizin doğrudan bizimle iletişime geçmeniz halinde toplanır.

3. Kişisel verilerin işlenme amaçları

Teklif, katalog ve bilgi taleplerinizi almak, değerlendirmek ve yanıtlamak,
Talebiniz doğrultusunda sizinle iletişime geçmek ve ticari ilişkiyi yürütmek,
İnternet sitesinin güvenliğini sağlamak, kötüye kullanımı ve otomatik spam gönderimlerini önlemek,
Hukuki yükümlülüklerimizi yerine getirmek ve olası uyuşmazlıklarda hak ve menfaatlerimizi korumak.

4. Hukuki sebepler

Verileriniz KVKK m. 5/2 kapsamında; bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan ilgili olması (c), hukuki yükümlülüğümüzü yerine getirebilmemiz için zorunlu olması (ç) ve temel hak ve özgürlüklerinize zarar vermemek kaydıyla meşru menfaatlerimiz için zorunlu olması (f) hukuki sebeplerine dayanılarak işlenir.

5. Kişisel verilerin aktarılması

Form aracılığıyla ilettiğiniz bilgiler üçüncü taraf bir form hizmetine gönderilmez; doğrudan şirketimizin e-posta altyapısına iletilir. Verileriniz, yukarıdaki amaçlarla sınırlı olmak üzere ve Kanun’un 8. ve 9. maddelerine uygun olarak; barındırma, e-posta ve bilişim altyapısı hizmeti aldığımız tedarikçilere, hukuk ve mali müşavirlik gibi danışmanlarımıza ve yasal olarak yetkili kamu kurum ve kuruluşlarına aktarılabilir.

Sayfa yazı tipleri Google Fonts üzerinden yüklendiğinden, sayfayı görüntülediğinizde IP adresiniz ve tarayıcı bilgileriniz Google’a iletilir. Ayrıntılar için Çerez Politikası’na bakabilirsiniz.

6. Saklama süresi

Verileriniz, işlenme amacının gerektirdiği süre boyunca ve ilgili mevzuatta öngörülen saklama ve zamanaşımı süreleri kadar saklanır. Sürenin sonunda silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hale getirilir.

7. Güvenlik

Verilerinizin hukuka aykırı erişim, kayıp ve ifşadan korunması için makul teknik ve idari tedbirler alıyoruz. Teklif formunda otomatik gönderimleri engellemek için bot koruması ve gönderim sınırı uygulanır.

8. KVKK m. 11 kapsamındaki haklarınız

Veri sahibi olarak şu haklara sahipsiniz:

Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
İşlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,
İşlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,
Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme,
Eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme,
KVKK’da öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme ve bu işlemlerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme,
İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler aracılığıyla analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonuç ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,
Kanuna aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme.

Başvurularınızı info@rotosis.com adresine veya yukarıdaki posta adresine yazılı olarak iletebilirsiniz. Başvurunuz, niteliğine göre en geç otuz gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandırılır; işlemin ayrıca bir maliyet gerektirmesi halinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu tarafından belirlenen tarifedeki ücret alınabilir. Yanıtımızdan memnun kalmazsanız Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’na şikâyette bulunma hakkınız saklıdır.

9. Güncellemeler

Bu metni gerektiğinde güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır.

At Rotosis Robotlu Otomasyon Sistemleri ve Yazılım Hizmetleri Sanayi Ticaret Limited Şirketi (“Rotosis”) we take the security of your personal data seriously. In line with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), this notice explains how your personal data is processed when you use www.rotosis.com.

Information you send through the quote form: full name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), the topic you are interested in and the content of your message.
Information recorded by our system when you submit the form: your IP address and the date and time of submission.
Technical information generated automatically in server logs when you visit the site: IP address, date and time, browser and device type, and the page viewed.
Information you send us directly by email or phone.

Your data is collected through automated means such as the website form and server logs, and when you contact us directly.

3. Purposes of processing

Receiving, evaluating and answering your quote, catalog and information requests,
Contacting you about your request and managing the business relationship,
Keeping the website secure and preventing abuse and automated spam submissions,
Meeting our legal obligations and protecting our rights and interests in case of a dispute.

4. Legal grounds

Under Article 5/2 of the KVKK, your data is processed because it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (c), because it is necessary for us to comply with a legal obligation (ç), and because it is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (f).

5. Transfers of personal data

Information you send through the form is not passed to a third-party form service; it is delivered directly to our company email system. Within the purposes above and in line with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your data may be shared with providers of hosting, email and IT infrastructure services, with advisers such as legal and financial consultants, and with public authorities that are legally entitled to request it.

Because the page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, your IP address and browser information are sent to Google when you view the page. See our Cookie Policy for details.

6. Retention period

We keep your data for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the retention and limitation periods set by applicable law. After that it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unlawful access, loss and disclosure. The quote form uses bot protection and a submission limit to block automated submissions.

8. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK

As a data subject you have the right to:

Learn whether your personal data is processed,
Request information if it has been processed,
Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly,
Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad,
Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
Request deletion or destruction under the conditions set by the KVKK, and ask that these actions be notified to the third parties your data was transferred to,
Object to a result against you that arises from analysis of your data exclusively by automated systems,
Claim compensation if you suffer damage because of unlawful processing.

You can send your request in writing to info@rotosis.com or to the postal address above. Depending on its nature, your request is concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest; if the process requires an additional cost, a fee based on the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you have the right to complain to the Personal Data Protection Board.

We may update this notice when needed. The current version is always published on this page.
