Robotic Welding Systems
Rotosis designs, builds, installs and commissions ABB and KUKA robotic welding stations and cells. From a single-robot station to an 8-robot welding cell, we offer a solution matched to your part and production rate.

Benefits of robotic welding
Consistent weld quality
Every part is welded with the same parameters along the same path, reducing rework and defects.
Higher output
The robot works without tiring, giving a steady cycle time through the shift.
Safer work
Operators stay away from arc, fumes and hot parts, and load from a safe area.
Our solutions
- Stations with positioner and slider: for large steel structures, letting the robot reach every point of the part.
- Multi-robot welding cells: robots working simultaneously for high-volume lines. Example: an 8-robot rim production line.
- Fixtures and part holding: repeatable part positioning.
- Robot programming and PLC integration: welding program, operator panel and line control.
- Safety: fencing, light curtains and a safe loading station.
How we work
- Feasibility: review of the weld path from your drawing or sample.
- Concept and quote: number of robots, layout, scope and budget.
- Build and install: we build the station and install it at your site.
- Commissioning and support: weld program optimization, training and after-sales support.
What we need for a quote
- Part drawing or photo, size and weight
- Material and thickness
- Daily/monthly volume and required cycle time
- Weld length and quality expectations
- Existing line and available space
Frequently asked questions
Which parts suit robotic welding?
Series-produced or repeated welding jobs. Small and medium parts use a cell; large steel structures use a station with a positioner and slider.
What do the positioner and slider do?
The positioner turns the part to the best welding angle; the slider moves the robot along a long track to reach large parts. Together they improve reach and weld quality on large structures.
Do I need a single-robot or multi-robot system?
It depends on part count, weld length and the cycle time you need. We propose a solution from a single-robot station up to an 8-robot cell.
Which welding processes are possible?
Robotic welding processes such as MIG/MAG are used depending on the project. Tell us your material, thickness and quality expectations and we will choose the process together.
Is robotic welding possible for my part?
Send a drawing or sample. Our engineers review feasibility and propose fixtures or design changes if needed.
