- Unusual noise, vibration or heat on an axis
- The robot loses its position or mastering data
- Damaged cables, or the controller fails to start properly
How we work
- Report: you send the model, controller type and error message.

Frequently asked questions
Which KUKA controllers do you cover?
We work with KUKA robots on KRC2 ED05, KRC4 and KRC5 controllers. Just send us the robot model, controller type and serial number.
When should a KUKA robot be serviced?
Maintenance follows KUKA's schedule in the manual for your robot and how hard the robot works. If you notice more noise, vibration or backlash on an axis, recurring error messages or start-up problems on the controller, have it checked without waiting.
How should I send you a KUKA error message?
Write down the message number and text shown on the KCP or smartPAD, or take a photo of the screen. Adding the robot model, controller type and what the robot was doing at the time speeds up the analysis.
Do you supply KUKA spare parts?
Yes. We help source the spare parts needed for KUKA robots. Send us the robot model and the part details, ideally with a photo of the part label.
Can maintenance be done without losing my programs?
Yes. We archive the robot programs and settings before any work, and restore them after a part replacement if needed.
Can an old KUKA robot be refurbished and kept in use?
We offer maintenance and refurbishment. The mechanics, cables, controller and axis condition are inspected first, and the scope is based on what we find.
How much does KUKA robot maintenance cost?
It depends on the robot model, its condition and the scope of work, so we give a written quote after reviewing the details or inspecting the robot. Use the quote form or call +90 332 265 39 50.
